2. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Request

Once we receive your complete DMCA notice:

  • We review the request
  • We verify the ownership claim
  • We remove or disable access to the infringing content within 24–48 hours
  • We notify the uploader or content contributor (if applicable)

We may contact you for additional information if anything is missing or unclear.

3. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Wrongfully Removed)

If you believe a DMCA takedown was filed mistakenly or the content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material removed
  2. The URL before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury:
    “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of your local court
  5. Your full contact information
  6. Your signature (electronic accepted)

Once reviewed, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload copyrighted content without permission may be permanently banned from using 3pattimods.com.
